Tonight, I am baking a golden snitch cake with my mum.
I asked for one for my 20th and it never happened.. and mum couldn’t find anywhere that would do it for my 21st, so.. we’re baking it together! :D
She’s never made a chiffon cake before so this’ll be interesting.. we’re probably gonna have to carve the cakes to make them totally spherical.. and I’m gonna template the wings so they look right. There’s also a can of edible gold spray paint down in the kitchen, aha.
Totally been spoilt for my birthday this year but, well, you’re only 21 once!
